Publisher
The legal entity behind Nairobi Football is not yet published. The site launched on 2026-10-04 and this information has not been released. Until it is, please read the site on that basis.
What this site cannot help with
Nairobi Football is not a bookmaker and has no access to anyone's betting account. For a problem with a bet, a deposit or a payout, go to these places instead:
- The licensee's customer care centre. Regulation 9 of the Conduct of Gambling Operations Regulations, 2026 requires every licensee to run one and to refer unresolved complaints to the Authority.
- The regulator. GRA toll-free 0800-723-770.
- Help with gambling itself. See the responsible gambling page.
Reporting a mistake
If a page states a rule, a section number or a figure wrongly, that is the most useful message the site can receive. The corrections page explains what is done with a report.
