Privacy

The site is a set of static pages. It has no sign-in, no forms, no comment boxes, no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own.

What the pages do in your browser

Each page is a single HTML document with its styling built in. Its fonts are served by this site, and it loads no images or widgets from other companies' servers. The one outside script is Google Analytics, described next.

Counting visits

To know which programme notes get read, the site uses Google Analytics 4. A bar at the bottom of the page asks whether analytics cookies may be used, and the tag behaves differently depending on your answer.

Your answer is remembered in your browser's local storage. To change it, open the analytics choice again or clear this site's data in your browser. Google handles the data it receives under Google's privacy policy.

What reaches the server

Asking for any web page sends some technical data: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser and device description your browser supplies. The hosting and content delivery services that serve this site process that data to deliver pages and to keep the service secure, and they may keep it in logs for a limited time under their own terms. Such a service may also set a technical cookie for security purposes.

The site does not combine that data with anything else, does not build profiles and does not sell or share data for marketing.

What is not collected

If you write to the site

The contact channel currently reads: not published yet. When an address is live, a message you send will be used to answer you and to correct the site, and for nothing else.

Source lists link to the regulator's website and to official documents. Those sites have their own privacy practices. There are no links to betting operators.

Your rights

Kenya's Data Protection Act gives people rights over personal data held about them, and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner oversees that law. Since the site holds no personal records about readers, there is normally nothing to access or delete, but a request can be sent through the contact page once a channel is published.

Changes

Analytics went live on 2026-10-04 together with this version of the page. If forms or any other feature that touches personal data is ever added, this page will be updated before the feature goes live, and the date at the top will change.
