By reading this site you accept a short set of terms: it is for adults, it gives general information and not advice, it offers no betting service, and its content can be out of date.
1. Adults only
The site is intended for people aged 18+ in Kenya. If you are under eighteen, please leave.
2. Information, not advice
Pages explain how betting markets, odds and Kenyan gambling rules work in general. They are not legal advice, financial advice or betting advice, and they are not a substitute for reading the Act, the regulations or a licensee's own rules. For a legal question about your own situation, consult an advocate.
3. No gambling service
Nairobi Football takes no bets, holds no stakes and pays no winnings. It is not a party to any bet you make elsewhere. Nothing here is an offer or an invitation to gamble.
4. Accuracy and dates
Legal statements are taken from sources read on the date shown in each page's source list. Laws, regulations and the regulator's list change. The copy of the list on the licence list page describes the 2025/26 trading period as read on 2026-10-04; the regulator's live page prevails over it.
Settlement rules described in the guides are standard conventions. The rules published by the licensee that accepted your bet decide how that bet is settled.
5. Worked examples
Figures labelled "Illustrative example" are invented to show a calculation. They are not real odds, real matches or real results, and they do not forecast anything.
6. Your decisions
Any decision to bet, and any loss that follows, is yours. Betting costs money on average. The site accepts no responsibility for gambling losses or for decisions made on the strength of its pages, to the extent the law allows such a limit.
7. Operators
Operators are named only as entries in the regulator's public list. A mention is not an endorsement, and the site has no commercial relationship with any operator (see how we make money).
8. Copying
You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Quotations from the Act and regulations belong to their publisher, not to this site.
9. Changes and contact
These terms can change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Kenyan law applies to them. Questions go through the contact page.
